JKN Advokat represents the seller Brincks Fastigheter when Nordsten, part of Sveafastigheter, now begins a collaboration with Sveaviken Bostad and acquires properties in Enk\u00f6ping.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Sveaviken Bostad and Nordsten Fastigheter, part of Sveafastigheter Bostad Group, have through a jointly owned newly created company agreed to acquire the properties Enk\u00f6ping Romberga 22: 1 and 22: 4. The properties today house shops, industry, offices and warehouses. Detailed plans that allow just over 20,000 sq m of housing are expected to go out for consultation in the middle of 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The agreed property value amounts to SEK 42.5 million. The additional purchase price is added to the legally valid detailed plan for housing on the property and is based on the number of building rights that the detailed plan allows. The seller is Brincks Fastigheter AB, which has owned and managed the properties for a long time. The transaction is conditional on receiving financing and access is scheduled for February 1, 2021. Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/div>
