As of 1 December 2020, the acquired companies are part of a new, fifth business area with the Sm\u00e5land company group Proton Structure. Johan K Nilsson and Petter Nilsson from JKN Advokat have provided the legal advice to Proton Group.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"column medium-10 medium-offset-1\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"column medium-10 medium-offset-1\">\n<p>As of 1 December 2020, the acquired companies will be part of a new, fifth, business area with the Sm\u00e5land company group: Proton Structure. Teknikr\u00f6r i Kinna and Gunnar Hansson Svetsteknik share premises in M\u00f6lndal and stand for unique expertise in advanced pipe installations for, among other things, infrastructure, the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry and the process industry.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"column medium-10 medium-offset-1\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"column medium-10 medium-offset-1\">\n<p>- We look forward to a continued exciting development of both companies, says David Gustafsson, CEO of Proton Group. Through the acquisition of Gunnar Hansson Svetsteknik and Teknikr\u00f6r in Kinna, we are expanding towards interesting industries such as medicine, food and infrastructure. Both companies stand for unique competencies and have stable growth.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"column medium-10 medium-offset-1\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"column medium-10 medium-offset-1\">\n<p>The former owner quartet Jari Pyrr\u00f6, Gunnar Hansson, Martin Svensson and Anders Hansson agree:<br>- Through Proton Group, we have gained a strong and long-term owner for our companies and it will be a security for our employees - it also provides a good opportunity for our companies to grow, both organically and through acquisitions.
