JKN Advokat has assisted Proton Finishing in the acquisition of Anderstorps Lackeringsservice AB. The acquisition means that Proton Finishing is broadening its customer offering to, among other things, the engineering industry.
The acquisition of Anderstorps Lackeringsservice AB, ALSAB, means that Värnamo - based Proton Finishing is broadening its customer offering to, among other things, the engineering industry. Access will take place on February 1, 2021.

JKN Advokat represents the buyer Industricentralen when the tenant-owner association Brunfisken 24 sells part of a property at Östermalmstorg. The premises included in the deal are 1550 sqm and the price is secret.
Cushman & Wakefield was the seller's advisor in the deal and the premises included in the deal are 1,550 sqm and have Hemköp as a tenant.
- There has been incredible pressure among potential buyers. This has not always been the case with 3D properties, but more and more people see that it fits well into their portfolio, says Sven-Olof Johansson at Cushman & Wakefield.
He says that there were far more than normal who took to counting on the property and that six qualified bids were received, all from well-known players.

JKN Advokat represents the seller Brincks Fastigheter when Nordsten, part of Sveafastigheter, now begins a collaboration with Sveaviken Bostad and acquires properties in Enköping.
Sveaviken Bostad and Nordsten Fastigheter, part of Sveafastigheter Bostad Group, have through a jointly owned newly created company agreed to acquire the properties Enköping Romberga 22: 1 and 22: 4. The properties today house shops, industry, offices and warehouses. Detailed plans that allow just over 20,000 sq m of housing are expected to go out for consultation in the middle of 2021.
The agreed property value amounts to SEK 42.5 million. The additional purchase price is added to the legally valid detailed plan for housing on the property and is based on the number of building rights that the detailed plan allows. The seller is Brincks Fastigheter AB, which has owned and managed the properties for a long time. The transaction is conditional on receiving financing and access is scheduled for February 1, 2021. Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to the buyer.
